My name is Judge Boyd P. Mossman (Ret.) elected Maui trustee for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs. Elected by voters from throughout the state of Hawaii, I am honored to serve Hawaii with a focus on Hawaiians, our indigenous people.

As a retired Circuit Court Judge I also provide alternative dispute resolution services as a mediator and arbitrator in a variety of areas of the law.
